Rodger Lamar Dean, the chief of the Leroy Volunteer Fire Department, passed away Aug. 5. Plans for Sunday alcohol sales in Grove Hill moving forward
The Grove Hill City Council is proceeding with the legalities needed to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages in the municipality on Sundays.
