Three people have been killed in single-vehicle crashes in Clarke County in nine days and none were wearing seatbelts. The latest crash happened near 4051 Walker Springs Road around 1 p.m. Saturday, March 19. Tanisha Rue, 19, was the driver of a Chevrolet Impala.
