Rode 25 miles in bike-a-thon

The Jackson Police Department sponsored a bike-a-thon to benefit St. Jude Children’s Hospital this past Saturday. The event was conducted by officers Aaron Carpenter (left) and Gary Garrick (right). Six riders were recognized for riding 25 miles. The event raised approximately $2,000.
