Jerri Jarman of Fulton went to walk the streets with Jesus on May 9, 2023, at 1 p.m. She was born Jerlene Allday, on July 8, 1945, but her brother, Lamar, deemed her Jerri.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jack Jarman. Together, they had one daughter, Jennifer Stephens (Russell Stephens); their two grandsons, Luke Stephens (18) and Cole Stephens (15) were the joy of her life; she was also survived by one remaining sister, Marie Lang of Arizona.
Jerri was preceded in death by her parents Charles Wesley Allday and Sarah Alice Allday; brothers, Wesley Allday, Lamar Allday and J. W. Allday; sisters, Christine Blackwell, Joan Dolbear and Mildred Hoven; and son, Scotty Anderson.
Jerri was a faithful wife, mother, friend and Christian. She worked hard throughout her life, and had just recently retired. She gave countless hours to serve her church as a Sunday School teacher, Prayer Chain and bereavement meal coordinator, and many other positions through her life.
Jerri was a devoted wife to Jack, taking care of him and riding with him all over. She was the best mother and Gaga any daughter or grandson could ever have. God truly blessed the world with her presence, and we know she is with her Saviour Jesus Christ.
