The new SET Enterprises plant is mostly completed but rains have hampered outside work. Crews took advantage of a clear day— although a foggy one–early Saturday to work on the parking and railroad spur extension. The plant will employ 40 initially. A grand opening is slated at the new steel slitter plant on Clolinger Road Friday, March 30. Metals industries are making inroads into southwest Alabama.
