The Heart of Dixie Collector’s Club meetings, the last Tuesday of each month, at Jack’s Family Restaurant in Chatom at 6 p.m.

Catholic Social Services is open and available for those in need. Located at 1206 College Ave., we are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Coffeeville Care Center
The Union Grove Baptist Church Care Center will be open the second Friday and Saturday of each month, 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., at 18957 Highway 69 in Coffeeville.
The Care Center is a thrift store for people needing clothes and household items. Masks are required.
Employment help for veterans
The Jackson Career Center can assist veterans who need help with employment. Marion Harrison, retired from the U.S. Air Force, is the Local Veterans/Disabled Veterans Representative. She serves those who have served. Harrison is available by appointment at the Jackson Career Center, 205 Walker Springs Road. Social assistance on Wednesdays at Salvation Army
The Salvation Army Social Service office is open on Wednesdays from 9-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m. When in need of assistance with food and a variety of other needs, the office attempts to assist where they can. For additional information call 246-5693.
Alcoholics Anonymous meetings
Alcoholics Anonymous meetings are at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church fellowship hall located at 200 Hospital Drive. Regular meetings will be Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m.
