A murder case that was set for a jury trial in Clarke County Circuit Court on Oct. 31 was delayed until this past Monday, Nov. 14 but has now been delayed again, this time until Nov. 28.
Greg Bryant is charged in the shooting death of Jamie Jackson on Christmas Eve, 2020.
The shooting occurred at a holiday gathering at a residence in Walker Springs.
The most recent delay was because one of the defense attorneys has the flu, said District Attorney Steven Winters.
