Jonathan McLendon was installed as the new president of the Clarke County Cattlemen’s Association at the annual meet March 26 at Clarke Prep. He is in the white shirt at center. The new vice president is Jason Clark. Charles Reeves continues as the group’s longtime secretary and treasurer. New directors announced include James Dixon, Stacey Dunagan, Jonathan McLendon, Charles Reeves, Billy Reeves, Sammy Shields and Ricky Harrison. Returning directors are George Clark, Jason Clark, Ray Clark, Brian Reeves, Chip Harrigan, Larry Jones, Earl King, Alan Mosley and Clay Overstreet. Also pictured are Erin Beasley, executive vice president of the state association and Johnny Gibson of Gilbertown, a state regional vice president.
