The Jackson A.O.H. Church of God are conducting revival services through Friday, Nov. 5, at 7 nightly. There is a different speaker each night.
Events will climax on Sunday, Nov. 7 at 3:30 p.m. with Bishop George W. Ayers as the guest speaker. All churches in the area are encouraged to attend.
Fall sale continues at
Caring Hearts Center
The fall sale is continuing through Nov. 5, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., with extended hours today, Thursday, until 6. All clothing is 50 percent off, books are three for $1, and children’s books are 10 cents each.

‘Southern Image’ and
‘Singing Chaplain’
to perform at benefit
On Saturday, Nov. 6, 6:30 p.m., Stave Creek Baptist Church in Jackson will host a benefit singing featuring Southern Image and the “Singing Chaplain”, Bro. Glenn Taylor of Providence Hospital in Mobile.
The benefit will be for a former interim music minister who is dealing with health concerns.

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Jackson will conduct a big yard sale Saturday, Nov. 6, from 8 a.m. until 12 noon, at Stewart Buick on College Avenue in Jackson.

celebrating second year
The Heavenly Voices will celebrate their second anniversary on Saturday, Nov. 6, at the Goodstone AME Zion Church beginning at 6 p.m. The Rev. James Maghee Jr. will bring the message.
Events will climax on Sunday, Nov. 7, at the Bladon Springs Association building. The Rev. Clayton Davis Jr. will bring the word.
