The Jackson Women’s Club enjoyed a visit by PCA’s Emily Blaylock and Angie Law on Tuesday, Jan. 18, at the Kimbell House in Jackson. With all of the changes taking place at PCA, the ladies thought it would be interesting to understand more fully what was taking place. Blaylock and Law explained that the mill is changing from producing white paper to brown paper. They brought samples for the club to view the difference. The visitors also shared the outreach of the mill in the community and where things may be going in the future.

President Marsha Beard presided over the business meeting portion of the day. The next meeting will tentatively be Tuesday, Feb. 15.

Hostesses Reta Galbraith and Trista Stout-Walker provided brown bag lunches for the ladies in attendance.
