City approves tax rebates for Taco Bell and Tractor Supply
Sales tax rebate agreements were executed by the Jackson City Council with Tractor Supply and Taco Bell at Tuesday’s meeting. Catching hail
The western and northern areas of Clarke County literally caught hail last week. Loftin Harrison collected hail the size of a baseball in Bashi early Friday morning. Saturday morning, strong winds downed trees and power lines in parts of the county. Two Thomasville subdivisions were hit especially hard. See the story on Page 3.
Covid-19 numbers down; some still requiring masks
