An investigation remains underway by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office regarding the events that led to the arrest of former revenue commissioner Laura L. Taylor. Taylor, of Tibbie, was taken into custody last week and charged with four counts of possession of a forged instrument. She was held on four $5,000 bonds.
