Nettie B. Woodard, 88, a native and resident of Coffeeville, died Aug. 21, 2009 at Jackson Medical Center. She was a homemaker and a member of the Jones Chapel Church of Christ in Coffeeville.

Survivors include a daughter, Margie Motes of Coffeeville; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

Funeral services were Aug. 24 in the chapel of Lathan Funeral Home of Jackson. Interment was in the Jones Chapel Church of Christ Cemetery.
