A patriotic celebration was conducted at Gillmore Elementary School, Sunday, June 28, to honor local war veterans and offer an evening of fun and entertainment for all ages. Above, choir members from several local churches came together to provide patriotic music for the event, which also included free hot dogs and drinks, as well as a television giveaway. Delores Zakary was the winner of a drawing for a 47-in flat panel television.
