Usher's Day scheduled at
Good Hope
Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church in the Salitpa community will be hosting their annual Usher's Day program on Sunday, May 17, during the 11 a.m. worship hour. Minister Tommie L. Roper, assistant minister at Pine Chapel Baptist Church No. 2 in the Toddtown community will be the guest minister.

Youth day and revival at
Walnut Grove Baptist
Walnut Grove Baptist Church in Morvin will host youth day Sunday, May 17, at 11:30 a.m. Guest speaker will be the Rev. Harrison Crenshaw of Bethlehem Temple of Faith in Whistler.
Revival services will be Wednesday through Friday, May 20-22 at 7 p.m., featuring a different speaker each night.

HIS Vineyard Church has relocated to 1008 College Avenue in Jackson next to NAPA Auto Parts. All are encouraged to join in the services on Sunday mornings at 10:45 and Wednesday nights at 7. The new facility offers a nursery.

Oak Grove Baptist Church in the Chilton community will host Decoration Day on Sunday, May 17. Service begins at 10:30 a.m., followed by lunch and a singing at 1 p.m. Featured singers will be the Lewis Trio.
Participants are requested to remove all old flowers and not use glass containers. Pastor Morris Hill welcomes all to attend.

Pastor Osbry Millender will deliver the message for the men and Minister Dorothy Goodwin for the women at the annual Men & Women's Day program at James Chapel Baptist Sunday, May 24 at 12 p.m.

Old St. Matthew No. 2 hosts
men's day and revival
A men's day program will be hosted by Old St. Matthew No. 2 Baptist Church of the Lily Valley community in Choctaw Bluff on Sunday, May 24 at 2 p.m. Guest speaker will be the Rev. Norman Howard, pastor of Big John Baptist Church of Malcom.
Revival services will be conducted Monday through Friday, May 25-29 at 7:30 nightly. Pastors, churches and choirs are invited to attend on the following nights or may attend on the night of their choice.
Monday the guest speaker will be the Rev. Richmond Chaney, pastor of St. Union Baptist in Leroy. Guest churches will be St. Union, Mt. Olive, Foreman Chapel, Vernal Chapel, Inspirational Tabernacle, Greater Mt. Sinai and Old Mt. Sinai.
Tuesday's speaker will be the Rev. Cecil Abston, pastor of Lewis Grove Baptist Church in Cortelyou. Guests will be Church of God Pentecostal, St. James, New Canon, New St. Matthew, Choctaw Bluff, Mt. Gilead, St. Paul, Mt. Nebo and A.O.H. Carlton.
The Rev. Edward Seabron, pastor of Berry Chapel A.M.E. Zion of Winn, will be the speaker on Wednesday. Churches will include St. Luke, Springfield, Good Hope, St. Paul of Salitpa, James Chapel, Union Chapel and Rocky Mount of Barlow Bend.
Thursday's speaker will be the Rev. K.D. Jackson, pastor of Mt. Nebor Carlton and Rocky Mount of Barlow Bend. Guest churches will be Big John, St. John, Antioch A.M.E., St. Matthew No. 1 and Cedar Fork A.O.H. of Gainestown.
The Rev. Norman Howard, pastor of Big John Baptist Church of Malcom, will speak on Friday. Guest churches will be James Chapel of St. Stephens, Little Burrah, Greater Pilgrim Rest, St. Luke, Good Hope of Walker Springs, Pine Chapel No. 1 Baptist, Orange Hill Baptist of Grove Hill and Pine Chapel No. 2 of Toddtown.
MaHarreys to sing
at Seven Oaks
The MaHarreys, with guests Debbie and Jimmy Roberts, will be singing at Seven Oaks Baptist Church on Saturday, May 30 at 6 p.m. Refreshments will be available before and after the singing.
The church is located 10 miles west of Chatom and three miles east of Highway 45.

at Pleasant Grove
Homecoming service will be June 7 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in the Winn community. All are invited to bring a covered dish and stay for lunch.
