Miss Rocker - Mr. Burpo plan October wedding
Grandparents of the bride-elect are Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wright of Wagarville and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Rocker. Miss Rocker is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School, 2003 graduate of the University of West Alabama and 2007 graduate of the University of South Alabama. The prospective groom is the grandson of Ben Burpo Sr. of Los Angeles, Calif. and the late Mary Burpo, and the late George and Daisy Quinney. Mr. Burpo is a 1997 graduate of John L. LeFlore High School.
The wedding will be an event of Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008 at 2 p.m., at the McIntosh Church of God Pentecostal. Family and friends are invited through the medium of the press.
