Washington County Sheriff's Report

The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week:

*Jessie McGrew, 54, of Silas was arrested May 5 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500. (Alabama State Troopers)

*Stephanie S. Snider, 24, of Mt. Vernon was arrested May 5 and charged with attempted theft of property and two counts of second degree receiving stolen property. Bond was set at $21,500.

*Bryant D. Weaver, 23, of McIntosh was arrested May 5 and charged with revocation of probation, attempted theft of property and two counts of second degree receiving stolen property. Bond was set at $21,500.

*Heather M. Simpson, 31, of Eight Mile was taken into custody May 5 and held for 72 hours as part of an ongoing investigation.

*David Fowler, 42, of Eight Mile was arrested May 6 and charged with contempt of court. He was ordered to serve two days. (McIntosh PD)

*Deundrah Napier, 28, of Silas was arrested May 6 and charged with revocation of probation. Bond was set at $1,000.

*Andrew Parnell, 31, of Wagarville was arrested May 6 and charged with revocation of probation and failure to appear on charges of two counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument and unlawful disposal of garbage. He was ordered to pay fines totalling $1,282.30.

*Juan Crayton, 22, of McIntosh was arrested May 7 and charged with two counts of failure to pay child support. He was ordered to pay the Department of Human Resources $3,000.

*Antonio Bell Sr., 43, of McIntosh was arrested May 7 and charged with first degree possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.

*Kacetiah Johnson, 22, of State Line, Miss. was arrested May 7 and charged with revocation of probation. Bond was set at $500. (Chatom PD)

*Eric Marlon Echols, 37, of McIntosh was arrested May 8 and charged with domestic violence. Bond was set at $1,000. (McIntosh PD)

*Amanda N. Hayes, 28, of Wagarville was arrested May 8 and charged with two counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $1,000.

*Stacey Ferrell, 44, of McIntosh was arrested May 8 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and giving false information. Bond was set at $2,500 and fines totaled $306.10. (McIntosh PD)

*Dewrell Homer Byrd Jr., 17, of Citronelle was arrested May 9 and charged with two counts of second degree theft of property and third degree burglary. No bond amount was listed.

*Jerry Lamar Brown, 43, of Mobile was arrested May 9 and charged with failure to appear on a driving without a license charge. Bond was set at $500.

*Charles Brewer, 27, of Leakesville, Miss. was arrested May 9 and charged with second degree possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500.

*Cheryl Gartman, 51, of McIntosh was arrested May 9 and charged with negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $500.

*Kim Driver, 30, of Citronelle was arrested May 9 and charged with reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $3,000.

*Mark S. Weaver, 40, of McIntosh was arrested May 11 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,000.

*Charles Stewart, 35, of Mobile was arrested May 11 and charged with DUI and no proof of insurance. Bond was set at $1,200. (Alabama State Troopers)

*Robert Louis Weaver, 48, of McIntosh was arrested May 11 and charged with DUI and driving with a suspended license. Bond was set at $2,500. (Alabama State Troopers)

*Wayne Doug Ramey Jr., 47, of Leroy was arrested May 12 and charged with third degree assault. Bond was set at $1,500.

*Brandon M. Oates, 21, of Millry was arrested May 12 and charged with negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $500. (Chatom PD)
