Voters list published

A list of qualified Clarke County voters is in this week's newspaper. There are approximately 17,726 voters registered in the county and that figure includes active and inactive voters. Inactive voters are people who have not voted in recent election cycles. They are eligible to vote in the June 3 primaries but may be asked to update their registration.

The voters list in today's paper details voters in alphabetical order. Numbers after each name will refer voters to a frontpage chart to check their voting precinct.

Even if your name isn't on the list, you have until May 23 to register to vote and be eligible to participate in the June 3 primaries.

Citizens may register with the Board of Registrars at the office in the basement of the courthouse in Grove Hill.
