One injured in truck crash
A log truck, driven by Terry Smith Dearmon, 36, of Waynesboro, Miss., overturned in the Union Chapel community near Coffeeville, Monday, May 12 around 9:35 a.m. Dearmon apparently failed to negotiate a sharp curve and lost control of the vehicle. He suffered what appeared to be nonlife threatening injuries in the crash. Responding to the scene were the Coffeeville Police, Clarke County Sheriff's Office, Coffeeville Fire Department and Jackson Emergency Transport Service (JETS).
