Wife charged with stabbing husband

A domestic dispute in the 700 block of Cemetery Road in Jackson, Tuesday, May 6, led to the stabbing of a Jackson man, according to Jackson Police Inv. Richard Harvey.

Harvey said Christopher Thomas, 27, was allegedly stabbed by his wife, Elizabeth Thomas, 45, during a domestic dispute that led to an altercation.

Following the incident he was transported by private vehicle to Jackson Medical Center where he was treated and kept overnight for observation.

Mrs. Thomas was arrested and charged with second degree domestic violence, which is a felony.
