Washington County Sheriff's Report

The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week:

*James Robert Byrd, 30, of Mt. Vernon was arrested April 14 and charged with third degree domestic violence, expired tag, failure to appear on charges of driving with a revoked license and driving with a suspended license. Bond was set at $2,000 and he was ordered to pay $167.50 in fines.

*Euell Demacus Landrum, 35, of Butler was arrested April 14 and charged with driving with a suspended license. Bond was set at $500.

*David Leon Weaver Jr., 27, of Mt. Vernon was arrested April 15 and charged with violation of probation. He was ordered to see the judge. (Board of Pardons and Paroles)

*Christopher Cox, 28, of Citronelle was arrested April 15 and charged with public intoxication. Bond was set at $1,000.

*Tommy L. Spicer, 42, of St. and charged with two counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument and failure/ refuse to display. Bond was set at $1,000 and he was ordered to pay fines of $373.10.

*Nicholas L. Weaver, 24, of McIntosh was arrested April 16 and charged with second degree theft of property and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $10,000.

*Megan D. Rivers, 21, of Mt. Vernon was arrested April 16 and charged with failure to appear/failure to pay on a charge of speeding. She was ordered to pay $178.10.

*Jeromie Wayne Holt, 30, of Whatley was arrested April 17 and charged with failure to appear on a charge of not wearing a seat belt. He was ordered to pay $10.

*Julian Jordan, 53, of Buckatunna, Miss. was arrested April 17 and charged with attempting to elude and reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $4,000.

*Nick Kofonis, 43, of Sunflower was arrested April 17 and charged with improper parking, DUI and first degree theft of property. Bond was set at $20,000 and he was ordered to pay fines totaling $1,028.30.

*Copeland Lamont Martin, 25, of Jackson was arrested April 17 and charged with first degree assault and revocation of probation. He was ordered to see the judge.

*Shanen K. Anderson, 26, of Chatom was arrested April 20 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,000.

*Vince Dearmon, 59, of Millry was arrested April 20 on a probation revocation charge. He was held without bond.

*Larry Downey, 38, of Wagarville was arrested April 20 and charged with reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $3,000.

*Donitha Thornton, 53, of Chatom was arrested April 21 and charged with three counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $1,500.
