Washington County Sheriff's Report

The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week:

•John M. Busby, 18, of Chatom was arrested March 25 and charged with second degree possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $1,500. (Chatom PD)

•Donna Marie Powell, 44, of Jackson was arrested March 26 and charged with negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $500.

•Florence Anita Taylor, 49, of Citronelle was arrested March 26 and charged with DUI and domestic violence/harassing communications. Bond was set at $2,200.

•Norwood K. Jackson III, 28, of Wagarville was arrested March 27 and charged with failure to appear on charges of speeding and driving with a revoked license. He was ordered to pay $618.

•Michael Chase Byrd, 23, of McIntosh was arrested March 28 and charged with harassment, probation revocation, failure to appear on an open container charge and aiding and abetting. Bond was set at $500 and he was ordered to pay a fine of $25.

•Harold Brown, 30, of Mobile was arrested March 28 and charged with failure to appear on a traffic violation. He was ordered to pay $157.

•Jerry Robertson, 56, of Vinegar Bend was arrested March 28 and charged with DUI and driving before obtaining a license. Bond was set at $1,700.

•Charlotte Snider, 35, of McIntosh was arrested March 28 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,200.

•Lawrence Snider, 38, of McIntosh was arrested March 28 and charged with failure to pay child support. He was ordered to see the judge.

•Benjamin David Cost, 37, of Mobile was arrested March 28 on a probation revocation charge. He was ordered to see the judge.

•Sidney G. Andrews, 46, of Grove Hill was arrested March 29 and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was ordered to see the judge.

•Byron Levon Dunegan, 38, of Wagarville was arrested March 29 and charged with third degree domestic violence. Bond was set at $500.

•Chester Roy Henry, 21, of Millry was arrested March 29 and held for the state of Mississippi on warrants charging him with delivery of contraband to prison and conspiracy.

•Donald Matthew Bates, 37, of Vinegar Bend was arrested March 30 and charged with third degree theft of property. Bond was set at $500.
