Sheffield - Kaplan wedding plans announced
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Sheffield of Grove Hill, the late Maybon G. Clanton and the late Ruth Dunagan Clanton Clarke. The prospective groom is the grandson of Edith Kaplan of St. Petersburg, Fla. and the late Irwin Kaplan, the late Luis Arevalo and the late Laura O'Connor. Miss Sheffield is a 2001 graduate of Clarke Prep School in Grove Hill. She received a bachelor of science in nutrition from the University of Alabama and is now attending physical therapy school in Nashville. Mr. Kaplan is a 1996 graduate of Hillwood High School in Nashville. He received a B.S. in business marketing and a master's in business administration from the University of Tennessee- Chattanooga. He is now employed with Medforms in Nashville.
The wedding will be an event of Saturday, May 24, 2008, 5:30 p.m. at The Ross Bridge Resort in Birmingham.
