Washington County Sheriff's Report The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week: *Anthony Davis Jr., 28, of Wagarville was taken into custody Feb. 19 for a court appearance. *Larry D. Kimble, 48, of McIntosh was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with failure to appear on a probation violation charge. He was ordered to see the judge. *Mitchell Clark, 39, of Tibbie was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with failure to appear on a hunting over bait charge. No bond amount was listed. *Carolyn Powe, 46, of Vinegar Bend was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $500. *Lynn Reid Cole, 38, of Citronelle was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with violation of probation. No bond amount was listed. (Department of Pardons and Paroles) *Reefua Lamont Jones, 34, of St. Stephens was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with failure to appear on a second degree criminal trespassing charge, third degree criminal trespassing and second degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $3,500. *Vernon Lamar Cooley, 48, of Citronelle was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with failure to appear on charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license. He was ordered to see the judge. *Andre D. Lett, 31, of Mt. Vernon was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with failure to pay on a charge of third degree domestic violence. He was ordered to pay $227.50. (Chatom PD) *Woodie Ray Jordan, 50, of Grove Hill was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with violation of probation, third degree domestic violence and menacing. He was ordered to see the judge. *Chad Bair, 33, of Tibbie was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with failure to appear on charges of speeding and not wearing a seat belt. Bond was set at $500 and he was ordered to pay a $10 fine. *Derek Scott Fallon, 20, of Lucedale, Miss. was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with second degree possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500. *Thomas Williams, 35, of McIntosh was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with third degree assault. Bond was set at $1,500. *Needham Henson, 58, of Frankville was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with failure to appear on a garbage violation charge. He was ordered to pay $465. *Leterrence D. Johnson, 25, of State Line, Miss. was arrested Feb. 23 and charged with failure to appear on charges of improper passing and no child restraint. Bond was set at $1,000. Jason B. Reed, 19, of Citronelle was arrested Feb. 23 and charged with failure to appear. He was ordered to see the judge. *Eric Wright, 27 of Jackson was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with failure to appear on a driving with a suspended license charge. He was ordered to see the judge. *Ludy Watson, 50, of McIntosh was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with violation of the prohibition law. Bond was set at $500. (McIntosh PD)
