CCARC Spring Jubilee is March 15

"Spring Jubilee 2008", celebrating the capabilities of individuals with cognitive disabilities, will be an event of Saturday, March 15, 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. CCARC's annual fund-raiser will include the 6th Annual 5K/1m Fun Walk at 8:30; and the 8th Annual "Cruisin' for CCARC" charity ride sponsored by the Clarke County chapter of Southern Cruisers, 10. John Rodgers with WMBV will be the guest emcee for the day.

Other events throughout the day will be a cake sale and cake walk, silent art and pottery auction, gumbo cook-off, dog costume contest, games, horse/buggy rides, entertainment and more.

March is also Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month with "Success - when doors open we succeed" as the theme.
