March wedding planned for Powell - Stauffacher

Mr. Stauffacher and Miss Powell

Mr. and Mrs. Charles "Jody" L. Powell of Bashi announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Stefanie Ann, to Jamie Lee Stauffacher of Thomasville. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Langley of Grove Hill.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Myra Jean and Donald Hare and the late Ruby and T.H. Powell. A 2003 graduate of Thomasville High School, Miss Powell graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2007 where she earned a bachelor of science degree in elementary education. She is currently employed by the Thomasville City Schools.

Mr. Stauffacher is the grandson of Robert Jocius of Mobile and the late Mary Jocius. He attended Jackson High School and is currently employed by Louisiana Pacific Corporation in Thomasville.

The wedding will be an event of Saturday, March 15, 3 p.m. at Bashi United Methodist Church. Local invitations are not being sent; relatives and friends are invited through the medium of the press.
