Mr. and Mrs. Blankenship celebrate 50th anniversary

March 1, 2008 will mark the 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. David Blankenship of Wagarville. The couple was married in 1958 by the Rev. Alton B. Greene in the United Methodist Church parsonage of Sunflower.
Mrs. Blankenship is the former Hester Parnell.
Their son, Brian, daughter-inlaw, Marcia and granddaughters, Lacey and Katie, along with many nieces and nephews, will host a reception March 1 at the Pace Union Hall in Deer Head from 2 - 4 in the afternoon. Friends and family are invited through the medium of the
