Washington County Sheriff's Report

The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week:

•Charles Wiley, 23, of McIntosh was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with first degree theft of property and failure to pay child support. Bond was set at $7,500 and he was ordered to pay $1,787.50.

•Shane Scott Philip Jordan, 35, of Brewton was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with second degree theft of property. Bond was set at $5,000.

•Christopher J. Busby, 37, of Millry was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with three counts of unlawful disposal of garbage. Bond was set at $2,250.85.

•David Maghee, 39, of Chatom was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,500. (Chatom P.D.)

•Sidney E. Andrews, 41, of Waynesboro, Miss. was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with two counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $1,000.

•Wendie Ann Martin, 36, of Bay Minette was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with failure to appear on two counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument and one count of speeding. She was ordered to pay $1,210.15.

•Mindy Wilson, 29, of Fruitdale was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with third degree criminal trespassing. Bond was set at $500.

•Amanda Loper, 23, of Fruitdale was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with third degree assault and third degree criminal trespassing. Bond was set at $2,000.

•Leroy Adams, 52, of McIntosh was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with failure to pay on two counts of a garbage violation. He was ordered to pay $2,152.65.

•Talton Bowman Jr., 59, of Frankville was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with driving with a revoked license and probation violation. He was ordered to see the judge.

•Patricia Bumpers, 49, of St. Stephens was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with unemployment compensation violation. Bond was set at $500.

•Roderick Arman Mitchell, 35, of Millry was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with third degree domestic violence. He was ordered to see the judge.

•Johnny Earl McDonald, 36, of McIntosh was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with attempting to elude police and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $3,500.

•Frank Thomas Dearmon, 60, of Millry was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with third degree domestic violence. Bond was set at $3,000.

•Melvin O'Neal Lang, 57, of Stateline, Miss. was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,200. (Alabama State Troopers)

•Carl E. Smith, 33, of Millry was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with third degree domestic violence. He was ordered to see the judge.
