WashCo civil jury trials to begin

Civil jury trials are scheduled to begin Monday, Feb. 11 in the circuit court of Washington County. The docket follows:

Alabama Electric Cooperative vs. QBE Insurance Corp., other; Walter L. Patrick vs. Larry Frith, case transferred to circuit court; Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. vs. D & L Timber Co., contract; Ford Motor Credit Co. vs. Jesse Crager, other.

Duncan R. Crow vs. Defort Bowen, account collection; Katrina McBride vs. estate of Dosia McBride, real property; Jamie D. Wynn vs. Derequez R. Jackson, motor vehicle negligence
