Washington County Sheriff's Report

The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week:

*Gary Witherspoon, 43, of Calvert was arrested Jan. 25 and charged with first degree receiving stolen property. He was ordered to see the judge. (McIntosh P.D.)

*Leon Collins Sr., 57, of Leroy was arrested Jan. 25 and charged with failure to appear on charges of reckless endangerment, hunting without a permit and driving while suspended. He was ordered to pay fines totaling $4,466.11.

*Willie Ealon, 49, of Wagarville was arrested Jan. 25 and charged with two counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument and failure to appear on a traffic violation charge. Bond was set at $1,000.

*Leslie Ott, 39, of Jackson was taken into custody Jan. 27 on warrants from the Baldwin County Sheriff's Department.

*Wesley Allday, 31, of Wagarville was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with failure to pay. He was ordered to see the judge.

*Bennie Keeton, 27, of Lisman was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with violation of probation. No bond amount was listed.

*Carolyn L. Powe, 46, of Vinegar Bend was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. No bond amount was listed.

*Jennifer Dykes, 32, of Vinegar Bend was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with six counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $3,000.
