Wood is new Alabama Power business office manager

Donice Wood
Donice Wood has been selected as Alabama Power's business office manager for the Jackson/Grove Hill offices, replacing Judy Graham who moved to the company's Mobile division office as project manager.

Wood comes from Georgia Power Company and has worked in the areas of property accounting, marketing, energy services and distribution engineering. She has served as customer service supervisor on the statewide business office audit team ensuring compliance to the Sarbanes Oxley policies and procedures.

A graduate of the University of West Georgia, in Carlton, Wood received a bachelor of business administration degree with an emphasis in real estate. She is a graduate of the Leadership Dimension program and has her certification in residential power electric sales. She served as state president of the Citizens of Georgia Power in 2006 and as the 2007 chair of the Leadership Academy program in Carroll County.

"I look forward to becoming an active member of the Clarke County community," said Wood.
