Joe M. Gillmore Students of the Month
Gillmore Elementary School has implemented the character building/behavior program "My Behavior Shines." The program recognized students who exemplify positive character traits as well as good behavior. Above, in no particular order, are January's Students of the Month. Kindergarteners are Cydnie Caine, DeyJun Hunt, Madilynn Alford, Willie West, Bradford Baugh, Kalia King, Zakorian Sims, Harmoni Williams, Alayiah Bryant, Mathew Sheffield, Lillie Cotton, Jalen McReynolds, Titus Caves, Chantel Martin, Khelsey Bass, Lexy Roberts, Zaiah Scott, Keyotta Creighton, JaShawn White, Mallary Ethredge and Conor Porter. First grade students include Jemyia Farley, Steward Johnson, Mariah Roper, Jonathan Davis, Jekya Jackson, MarcJuan Worthy, Stephen Crenshaw, Myah James, Nykeria Boykin, Jarrett Scott, Broch Bell, Jalicia Jones, Lauren Anderson, Demia Bracy, Aubrey Moore, Dennis Taylor, Caitlin Holton and Nikkita Leggett. Second grade students are Kammie Lowery, Christen Taylor, Andrea Jackson, Abby Tarleton, Ondrea Berry, Cooper Christian, Ricky Jackson, Jada Richardson, Meyoni McClain, Quinara Newson, E.J. Jackson, Sarah Pittman, Alex Grafton, Javier Ontiveror, Darius Bracy and Madeleyn Elizalde.
