Women In Winter names new board members
Mitchell pastors Foreman Baptist Church in Jackson and has assisted people in need for 20 years. As an area coordinator for Jackson, she will help contact churches encouraging support for the Women In Winter Ministry. Dalhaus will serve as the Sunshine Chairwoman sending cards and making encouraging phone calls. She is a member of the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Walker Springs.
"We are blessed to have these two women on the board to help us expand services to any community," said Davis. She also reminds women the spring meeting will be Wednesday, March 5, 10 a.m. at the Stave Creek Baptist Church. All are encouraged to take part regardless of denominational preference.
