Jackson Woman's Club conducts first luncheon of the new year

The Jackson Woman's Club conducted their first luncheon and meeting of the new year Jan. 8 at the First United Methodist Church of Jackson.

Kathy Roberts, a licensed massage therapist and owner of "Finding Balance Day Spa" in Thomasville, presented a program on the benefits of therapeutic massage.

Club president, Martha Hayes, conducted the business meeting. Hostesses for the luncheon were Peggy Stewart, Barbara Hundley, Jane Woodson and Mildred Bradley.
