Washington County Sheriff's Report The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between Dec. 28 and Jan. 7: •Richard Allan McCain, 39, of Toxey was arrested Dec. 28 and charged with failure to appear on a speeding charge. He was ordered to see the judge. •John Ball, 43, of Frankville was arrested Dec. 28 and charged with DUI, failure to appear on charges of driving without a license and not wearing a seat belt, failure to pay on a garbage violation and violation of probation. Bond was set at $1,000 for the DUI charge and he was ordered to pay $1,243.80 in fines. •Markus D. Cole, 19, of Citronelle was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000. (Alabama State Troopers) •Reefua Lamont Jones, 34, of St. Stephens was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with third degree criminal mischief, second degree criminal trespassing and harassing communications. Bond was set at $1,500. •Darren Abston, 32, of Frankville was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with failure to pay child support and failure to appear on a third degree receiving stolen property charge. He was ordered to pay $87.15. •Carry B. Williams, 41, of Mt. Vernon was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with second degree criminal mischief and domestic violence. Bond was set at $3,000. •Jimmy H. Foster, 43, of Wagarville was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with violation of probation. He was ordered to see the judge. •Calvin L. Jenkins, 32, of Wagarville was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with failure to appear on a first degree possession of marijuana charge. Bond was set at $5,000. •Roy Norman Simpson, 50, of Citronelle was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with sex abuse against a child. He was ordered to see the judge. •Anthony Tolbert, 37, of Whistler was arrested Dec. 31 on a probation revocation charge. He was ordered to see the judge. •Vince Carlos Dearmon, 58, of Millry was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with failure to appear on a public intoxication charge, DUI, driving with a revoked license and improper equipment. Bond was set at $2,500. (Millry PD) •Michael Shea Palmer, 40, of Thomasville was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,200. •Samuel Odom, 44, of Millry was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with failure to appear on a garbage violation charge. He was ordered to see the judge. •Janie J. Willis, 34, of McIntosh was arrested Jan. 3 and charged with harassment. Bond was set at $1,000. •Spencer Scott Carlisle, 31, of Gilbertown was arrested Jan. 3 and charged with failure to appear on DUI and driving with a revoked license charges. He was ordered to pay $1,496.30. (Alabama State Troopers) •Christopher Cratson, 24, of Chatom was arrested Jan. 4 on a probation revocation charge. Bond was set at $500. (Chatom PD) •Victoria L. Koen, 39, of McIntosh was arrested Jan. 4 and charged with negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $500. •Jeremy Aundrea Johnston, 26, of McIntosh was arrested Jan. 4 and charged with violation of probation. He was ordered to see the judge. •Raymond Jackson, 33, of Millry was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,200. •Cristy Reed, 31, of McIntosh was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,200. •Larry Scott Thomas, 49, of McIntosh was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with failure to appear on charges of three counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. He was ordered to see the judge. •Robert Lee Taylor Jr., 30, of Millry was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with failure to appear on charges of speeding and operating a vehicle with no insurance. He was ordered to pay $157. •Ira Bruce Williams, 25, of Dauphin Island was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with second degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $4,500. •Denease Loper, 43, of Vinegar Bend was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with failure to appear on charges of two counts of driving without a license. He was ordered to pay $374. •Richard Burton, 38, of Citronelle was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with failure to appear. No bond amount was listed. •Joey Cornell Reed, 41, of McIntosh was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and second degree domestic violence. No bond amount was listed. •Sharon Lazette Weaver, 42, of McIntosh was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with giving false information to police, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to see the judge.
•Arthur Lee Sullivan, 45, of Calvert was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with third degree domestic violence. Bond was set at $1,200.
