Troy University announces fall semester honor students

The Mobile Symphony Youth Orchestra will present a free concert, Sunday, Jan. 13, 2:30 p.m. at Sage Auditorium in Grove Hill.
Troy University announces its honor students for fall semester, according to Dr. Ed Roach, senior executive vice chancellor and Provost.

Terry Stephens of Jackson was among the students making the Chancellor's List. Thomas Horton and Laura Rotch both of Jackson were named to the Provost's List.

Full-time undergraduate students who earned a 4.0 gradepoint average for the spring semester are recognized on the Chancellor's List, the university's honor roll. Full-time undergraduate students who earned a grade-point average of 3.65 or higher on a 4.0 scale are recognized on the Provost's List. Troy University offers associate, bachelor's, master's and education specialist degrees, preparing students in the fields of fine arts, communication, business, education, sciences and the humanities, applied science, nursing and allied health sciences.

Troy University operates four campuses in Alabama and maintains degree programs at more than 60 campuses in 17 states and 11 foreign countries, serving more than 27,000 students worldwide.
