Final plans have been announced for Ellen Victoria Kelly and William Corey Andrews. Their wedding will be an event of Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon at the First Baptist Church of Jackson.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Ben Kelly and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Andrews, all of Jackson.

Family and friends are invited through the medium of the press as invitations were mailed to out of town guests only.
