on Sunday, Nov. 23, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Activities Building of the First Baptist Church of Leroy. Hosting the reception will be their daughter and sonin law, Jo Ellen and Chip Gordon of Newnan, Ga. with friends.

The Palmers were married by the Rev. E.Z. Baxter on Nov. 9, 1958 at Perry's Chapel Methodist Church near Jackson. Mrs. Palmer is the former Audrey Overstreet. The couple has two granddaughters,
