Berry - Hall announce August wedding date
Miss Berry and Mr. Hall Mr. and Mrs. Willie Charles Berry of Walker Springs announce the engagement of their daughter, LaChaundria, to Charles Hall Jr. Mr. Hall is the son of Ms. Tera Hall of Clayton and the late Charles Hall Sr.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Berry Sr. of Walker Springs, and Ms. Nettie Mae James of Choctaw Bluff and the late Clarence James. The late Zeola and Sam Perine are her great-grandparents.
A 1997 graduate of Jackson High School, Miss Berry graduated from Troy State University in 2001 with a bachelor of science degree in elementary education. She was a member of the Troy State University Gospel Choir and The Sound of the South Marching Band. She is employed as a sixth grade teacher at Taylor Road Academy in Montgomery.
Mr. Hall's grandparents are Mrs. Gladys Glynn of Clayton and the late Leroy Glynn and Mr. and Mrs. Emory Hall of Newark, N.J. The prospective groom is a 1997 Louisville High graduate and a 2002 graduate of Troy State University with a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration in information systems. In 2003, from the American Intercontinental University, he received a master's of science in computer technology. He was a member of Phi Gamma Nu Business Fraternity and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
Mr. Hall is employed by the Alabama State University in Montgomery as a computer technologist and an adjunct professor at Trenholm State Technical College in Montgomery.
The wedding will be an event of Sunday, Aug. 31, 5 p.m. at the H.W. Pearce Memorial Park Assembly House. Family and friends are invited through the medium of the press.
