Kira Noel Wilkerson is fighting for her life against a genetic disorder that causes benign tumors to invade her nervous system. Kira is the 2-year-old daughter of Gwen and Darrell Wilkerson of Jackson and has been diagnosed with four tumors; two inside her brain and one on each of her optic nerves.
