Millry football players honored at banquet
 | | Millry High School hosted its annual football awards banquet last Tuesday, Dec. 4, as they celebrated the best regular season in school history. The winners of individual awards were: James Land, senior player; Elliot Brown, senior football player; Chris Cherry, Headhunter Award; Quintin Carpenter, Leadership Award; Samario Jones, Most Improved Defensive Player; Allen Guy, Hustle Award; Hunter Martin, Most Improved Offensive Award; Dakota Jones, Most Improved Offensive Player; Aaron Mizell, Best Defensive Lineman; Nehemiah Henry, Best Receiver; Dillon Whitsett, Best Offensive Back; Brock Guy, Best Offensive Lineman; Nigel Jones, Best Offensive Back; Jordan Hall, Extra Point Award; Heath McIllwain, senior player. |
