Following road rules should be top priority
      Now that I'm older and have seen countless times what speed can do when an automobile crash occurs, I find it less important to get anywhere in a hurry. I do a good bit of driving in the Clarke and Washington counties area and have seen a lot of drivers breaking the rules of the road.
