Washington County Sheriff's Report The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week: •Dane Russell Reed, 40, of McIntosh was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with criminal mischief and domestic violence/third degree assault. Bond was set at $3,000. •Robin Patrick, 41, of Herdberg, Miss., was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with first degree possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $1,500. •Jamie Williams, 31, of Mt. Vernon was arrested Nov. 6 and charged with failure to appear on charges of no driver's license and attempting to elude police. Bond was set at $1,000. •Linda Covington, 39, of McIntosh was arrested Nov. 6 and charged with failure to appear on a driving while suspended charge. She was ordered to pay $327. (Chatom P.D.) •Anthony Bogutzski, 43, of Millry was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with harassing communications and violation of probation. He was held without bond. (Millry P.D.) •Brian Chestang, 23, of Mt. Vernon was arrested Nov. 7 on a warrant for first degree possession of marijuana. He was ordered to be held for probation violation by Judge Thomas Baxter. •Sedric Brown, 27, of Citronelle was taken into custody Nov. 8 as part of an ongoing investigation. •Michael Buckley, 27, of Calvert was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with violation of probation. No bond amount was listed. •Donald Lawson, 76, of McIntosh was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with violation of probation. No bond amount was listed. •Chuckie A. Harring, 33, of Frankville was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with domestic violence/assault. Bond was set at $1,000. •James C. Gardner, 22, of Millry was arrested Nov. 10 and charged with DUI and no driver's license. Bond was set at $1,700. •Kimberly Weaver Busby, 31, of McIntosh was arrested Nov. 10 on a warrant charging her with third degree theft of property. Bond was set at $406. (McIntosh P.D.) •Brady Q. Thornton, 40, of Millry was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with failure to appear on charges of third degree domestic violence and driving while license revoked. He was ordered to pay $337. •James Mayo, 44, of McIntosh was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with failure to appear and violation of the prohibition law. Bond was set at $1,000.
