Petty - Carter plans announced

Estella Coleman of Jackson and Floyd Petty of Cleveland, Ohio announce the engagement and impending marriage of their daughter, Pandal "Lit Bit" Petty to Clifton Carter of Mobile. Parents of the groom are Carter Perkins of Mobile and the late Elnora Carter.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Irene Norwood of Wagarville. She is a graduate of Jackson High School and a member of Leroy A.O.H. Church of God where she has served as a youth minister. Miss Petty is employed at New Era Cap Company.
Mr. Carter is a graduate of C.F. Vigor High School and a member of Mt. Zion No. 2 Baptist Church of Grove Hill. He is also employed at New Era.
The wedding will be an event of Nov. 24, 2007, 4 p.m. at the Franklin Street Baptist Church in Mobile. Invitation is through the medium of the press.
