Mr. and Mrs. Simmie Kelly (nee Tina McMillan) of Saraland announce the birth of a daughter, Mae Christine, Sept. 8, 2007, at the Mobile Infirmary. She weighed 7 lbs. and 3 oz.

Grandparents are Linda and Simmie Kelly of Turnerville and Mildred S. and L.J. McMillan of Jackson.

She was welcomed home by brothers, Tres, Dayemon and Blaise.

Abigail Faith Pugh

Shalisha Faith Hightower of Thomasville and Shawn Napoleon Pugh of Thomasville announce the birth of a daughter, Abigail Faith, Oct. 15, 2007, 11:23 p.m. at the Jackson Medical Center in Jackson. She weighed 7 lbs., 5 oz. and was 19 inches long.

Grandparents are Ramona Paniczko, James E. Hightower Sr. and Dorothy M. Newton. Great-grandparents include Mattie Lee Pugh and Hazel and Johnny Young.

She was welcomed home by sister, Lily Marie C. Pugh, 17 months old, and brother, Nathan Everette Hightower, 4 years old.

Wyatt Luke McVay

Mr. and Mrs. Wyatt McVay (nee Daisy Edge) of Daphne, announce the birth of a son, Wyatt Luke, at Thomas Hospital on Oct. 19, 2007 at 1:56 p.m. He weighed 7 lbs., 7 oz. and was 20-1/2 inches long.

Mae Christine Kelly

Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Ward Edge of Grove Hill and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph McVay of Jackson. Great-grandparents are Mrs. Olen Edge of Grove Hill and Mrs. Crane McDonald of Jackson.

He was welcomed home by his 2 year old sister, Maggie.
