Washington County Sheriff's Report

The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week:

•Michael C. Byrd, 23, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with failure to appear on a second degree possession of a controlled substance charge. He was ordered to pay $1,297.

•Nicholas Lorenzo Weaver, 23, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 17 on a grand jury indictment for third degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $450.

•Joshua Powell, 25, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with first degree theft of property and second degree receiving stolen property. Bond was set at $10,000.

•Ashley W. Hardeman, 38, of Semmes was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with failure to pay on a second degree possession of marijuana charge. She was ordered to pay $829.

•Johnny Mack Brown, 46, of Leroy was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with third degree burglary and second degree theft of property. Bond was set at $12,500.

•Scotty Hickman, 25, of Millry was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with reckless endangerment. bond was set at $3,000.

•Loretta Castle, 33, of Chunchula was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $500.

•Luthur Crowell, 51, of Jackson was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with failure to pay on a third degree domestic violence/harassment charge. He was ordered to pay $640.90.

•Traci Koen, 21, of Wagarville was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with third degree domestic violence/ harassment. Bond was set at $1,500.

•George W. Tyson, 20, of Butler was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with DUI, illegal parking and driving while revoked. No bond amount was listed. (Alabama State Troopers)

•Joshua C. Dearmon, 28, of Millry was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with DUI/drugs. Bond was set at $1,000.
