JHS will host financial planning workshop Oct. 18 Parents and students interested in learning more about financial aid for college are invited to a free Making College Financial Planning Count workshop. The workshop will be conducted at Jackson High School auditorium Thursday, Oct. 18 at 6:30 p.m. The program is sponsored by www.Monster.com. Yvonne Williams will present the program. She will speak to freshman students at 1:30 p.m. explaining how important it is to build a good foundation. Junior and senior
classes will be addressed in the spring.
