Seth Hammett speaks in Grove Hill
Seth Hammett of Andalusia, the Alabama Speaker of the House, spoke Sept. 25 at the Clarke County Courthouse in Grove Hill. He stressed the need for a professional commission to oversee the operation of the Department of Transportation. Hammett also promoted the need to improve public education and workforce training.
