Walgreens grand opening

Walgreens employees, along with the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce and Jackson city officials conducted a ribbon cutting during the store's grand opening Saturday, Sept. 8. The Jackson Police Department's Communications Officer Becky Kerley and McGruff the Crime Dog also participated. Hot dogs and drinks were provided for the public and the Jackson Fire Department brought one of its fire trucks for the event. (SA photo by Evan Carden)
