Warren - Williams plan September wedding

Miss Warren and Mr. Williams
The Rev. and Mrs. David Wayne Warren of Panama City, Fla., formerly of Jackson, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Rebekah Blair to Richard Quenton Williams Jr. Mr. Williams is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Quenton Williams Sr. of Prattville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the Rev. and Mrs. R.C. Warren of Panama City and the late Mr. and Mrs. Boyd N. Harris.

A 2001 graduate of Jackson High School, she earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing at Troy University and was a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority. Miss Warren is a district service representative with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama in Montgomery.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Adelle Dison Williams of Clanton and the late Roscoe Otis Williams, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Leon Hicks.

He is a 2001 graduate of the Montgomery Academy in Montgomery. The groom-elect earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration as well as in biology from Birmingham Southern College in Birmingham. Mr. Williams completed a master's of science degree in marketing from the University of Alabama on May 12.

A Sept. 15, 2007 wedding is planned for 5 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Panama City. A reception will follow at the Trinity Center. All friends and family are invited to attend.
